Coastal waters are the areas of the ocean that are near the shore and influenced by the land. They are typically shallow and can include bays, estuaries, and inlets. These areas are important for a wide variety of marine life and are also used for recreational activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing. Coastal waters are also vulnerable to pollution and human activities, making them a focus of conservation and management efforts. **

Territorial waters refer to the area of the ocean that is adjacent to a country's coastline and is considered part of that country's territory. The exact boundaries of territorial waters can vary depending on international agreements and the specific circumstances of each country. Generally, territorial waters extend up to 12 nautical miles from the baseline of a country's coast, and within this area, the country has the right to enforce its laws, regulate navigation, and exploit natural resources. Beyond territorial waters lie the contiguous zone and the exclusive economic zone, which also have specific legal implications. **

However, Waters himself has denied being antisemitic and has stated that his criticisms are directed at the Israeli government and its policies, not at the Jewish people as a whole. Ultimately, whether or not one views Waters as antisemitic is a matter of interpretation and perspective. **

Still waters are often associated with depth because they do not reveal what lies beneath the surface. Just like a calm and composed person may have hidden depths of emotions or thoughts, still waters can signify a hidden complexity or intensity. The lack of movement in still waters allows for sediment and debris to settle, creating a clearer view of what lies beneath, which can be interpreted as a metaphor for deeper understanding or insight. Overall, the phrase "still waters run deep" suggests that appearances can be deceiving, and there is more to a situation or person than meets the eye. **
