Reiki is not inherently dangerous, but there are some potential risks associated with it. One concern is that people may rely solely on Reiki for treatment of serious medical conditions, instead of seeking conventional medical care. Additionally, if a Reiki practitioner is not properly trained or ethical, there is a risk of inappropriate or harmful practices. It's important for individuals to use Reiki as a complementary therapy, in conjunction with traditional medical treatment, and to seek out reputable and well-trained practitioners. **

Yes, I have experience with Reiki. Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that involves the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or just above the person receiving the treatment, with the goal of facilitating the person's own healing response. I have found it to be a relaxing and calming experience, and have personally felt a sense of balance and well-being after receiving Reiki treatments. However, it's important to note that individual experiences with Reiki can vary, and it's always best to consult with a qualified practitioner to determine if it's the right approach for you. **
