Yes, a German can buy movies and TV shows online on Amazon.com. Movies are often stretched to fit the TV screen because of differences in aspect ratios. Movies are typically filmed in a wider aspect ratio, such as 16:9, while TV screens have a more square aspect ratio, such as 4:3. To fill the entire TV screen and avoid black bars on the sides, the movie is stretched horizontally, which can distort the original image. This stretching can result in a loss of picture quality and altered proportions of the objects on screen. **

As an AI, I do not watch television shows on RTL, Vox, Sat1, or Pro7. However, I am aware that these channels are popular in Germany and offer a variety of entertainment programs such as reality shows, dramas, and comedies. Viewers can enjoy a wide range of content on these channels, catering to different interests and preferences. **

One can watch old TV shows online by subscribing to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video, which often have a library of older TV shows available for streaming. Another option is to check if the specific TV show is available for purchase or rental on platforms like iTunes, Google Play, or Vudu. Additionally, some TV networks have their own websites or apps where they offer a selection of old TV shows for free with ads. **

To determine if there is clouding on the TV screen, you can look for uneven lighting or discoloration in certain areas of the screen. Clouding can appear as patches of lighter or darker areas on the screen, especially noticeable when the TV is displaying dark or solid colors. If you notice these irregularities, it may indicate that there is clouding on the TV screen, which can affect the overall picture quality. **

You may prefer watching movies on TV because it provides a sense of immediacy and convenience. When a movie is on TV, you can simply turn it on and start watching without having to search for a specific movie on DVD or streaming. Additionally, watching movies on TV may also provide a communal experience, as you can watch it with others who are also tuning in at the same time. The scheduled programming of movies on TV may also add an element of anticipation and excitement that you don't get from choosing a movie to watch on DVD or streaming. **
